Each will bring their unique perspective to this conversation. Neil, let me start with you: In your view, what's the most compelling piece of evidence—or lack thereof—when we look at ancient texts like the Anunnaki epics through a modern scientific lens?
Well — thank you for having me, and I want to say up front how much I appreciate the question, because it contains a hidden assumption I get to take apart. And I say that with affection.
You asked what the most compelling evidence is when we read the Anunnaki epics through a scientific lens. Here's the thing: the most compelling evidence is the translation. Not the astronomy. The philology.
Let me be concrete. Almost every claim you've heard about the Anunnaki as extraterrestrials traces back to one man — Zecharia Sitchin, The 12th Planet, 1976. Sitchin's central claim is that the Sumerians knew of a twelfth planet, Nibiru, on a 3,600-year elliptical orbit, whose inhabitants came here to mine gold and genetically engineered Homo sapiens to do it. Beautiful story. I would watch that movie. I would then catalogue everything wrong with it.
Start with the word. Nibiru in Akkadian astronomical texts — and here I'd point anyone to the MUL.APIN tablets, compiled around 1000 BCE from older observations — means "crossing" or "ferry point." It is used most often for Jupiter, sometimes for Mercury, occasionally as a general term for a celestial crossing point near the equinox. It is not a hidden world. It's a position. Sitchin took a Babylonian word for "the crossing" and turned it into a spaceship with a mortgage.
And the twelve? The Sumerians and Babylonians counted in base 60 — sexagesimal, which is why you have 60 seconds in a minute and 360 degrees in a circle. Their pantheon of great gods numbers twelve for reasons that are numerological and calendrical: twelve lunations in a year. Sitchin runs the count as Sun plus Moon plus nine planets plus Nibiru equals twelve — which requires the Sumerians to have known about Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto, and also to have counted the Sun and Moon as planets in exactly the way a 1970s American would, and also to have anticipated the 1930 discovery of Pluto and then not to have cared when we demoted it in 2006. That's not decipherment. That's a man solving a crossword with the answers he wanted.
Now — the orbital mechanics, because this is where I live. A body on a 3,600-year period has a semi-major axis of about 235 astronomical units. For it to pass between Mars and Jupiter at perihelion, as Sitchin required, you need an eccentricity around 0.99. A planet of the mass he describes, several times Earth's, plunging through the inner solar system every 3,600 years, would have wrecked the place. It would have stripped moons. It would have scattered the asteroid belt into a shooting gallery. Lunar samples from Apollo — and we have 382 kilograms of them — give us a cratering chronology stretching back billions of years. There is no periodic 3,600-year bombardment signature. None. The solar system is a clock, and the clock says nobody has been stomping through the living room.
But here's the part I actually find more interesting than debunking, and I want to put it on the table for Ye and for the President, because I suspect we'll disagree about what it means.
The giants.
Giants show up everywhere — the Nephilim in Genesis 6, the Greek Gigantomachy, Norse jötnar, the Watchers in 1 Enoch. Ancient-astronaut folks read that convergence as evidence of a shared memory of tall visitors. I read it as evidence of something more remarkable: ancient people doing paleontology.
Adrienne Mayor wrote a book called The First Fossil Hunters that changed how I think about myth. Dig up a Deinotherium skull, or a dwarf elephant skull from Sicily or Crete, and what you have is a meter-wide cranium with an enormous single opening in the middle of the face — the nasal cavity, where the trunk attached. You have never seen an elephant. What do you conclude? One eye. Cyclops. Polyphemus. The Greeks found Samotherium and mastodon bones in the Aegean and reburied them in hero shrines with honors, because they believed they had found the bones of the heroes of the Trojan War. There are ancient sources — Pausanias, Herodotus on the bones of Orestes — describing exactly this. Bones seven cubits long, exhumed and venerated.
So the giants are real. The bones were real. The measurement was real. The inference was wrong, and it was wrong in a way that is completely honorable, because the inference was made by people with no comparative anatomy, no stratigraphy, no deep time. They did the best available reasoning on the available evidence. That's science with the wrong priors. I have enormous respect for it.
What I don't have respect for is doing the same thing in 2026, when we do have the comparative anatomy. Every physically verified "giant skeleton" photograph in circulation is either a documented hoax — the Cardiff Giant, 1869, a block of gypsum carved in Chicago by a tobacconist named George Hull to embarrass a preacher, and P.T. Barnum was so annoyed he couldn't buy it that he built a fake of the fake — or it's a Photoshop contest entry. There was a Worth1000 competition in 2002 that generated a whole genre of them. Those images are still circulating as evidence. They were art class assignments.
Here's where I'll land it, and then I want to hear what the others do with this. The universe made us out of the wreckage of dead stars. Every iron atom in your blood was forged in a stellar core and thrown across the galaxy by a supernova. That is a wilder origin story than anything on a cuneiform tablet. So when someone tells me the interesting version of human history requires gold-mining aliens from a phantom planet, my honest reaction isn't outrage — it's disappointment. You've been handed the actual cosmos and you're asking for a smaller one.
The ancient stories move me as art and testimony; I don't have evidence that makes them records of extraterrestrial contact. Let me say that clean. Feeling the power of a story doesn't give me permission to put a spaceship in somebody else's scripture.
Neil, the part that hit me was people giving those bones a burial. Because you see a mistaken identification, and I also see a creative act: somebody encounters something enormous and builds a language big enough to hold the experience. That's where I live. Sound goes into a sampler, comes out carrying a whole different emotional world. But the new meaning doesn't tell you what was on the original recording. You have to go back to the source. Otherwise you're reviewing the remix and calling it the master tape.
And I want to push on that last thing you said, about asking for a smaller universe. I believe in God. That belief isn't me being disappointed with the stars. Creation is already overwhelming to me. The mistake would be pretending that my faith supplies an orbital calculation, or that an orbital calculation settles what a person should worship. Those are different claims with different responsibilities. When somebody hears 'the Anunnaki were aliens,' they can feel this door open: history could be bigger than what I was handed. I respect that hunger. But human imagination deserves credit too. Don't erase an ancient artist's genius just because the alien version sells a better trailer...
Well, first of all, it’s great to be here. Neil, you know I respect you — great brain, very smart guy, lots of big numbers. And Ye, fantastic artist, a very special guy who thinks big. But look, I listened to Neil go through the math, and he’s doing what academics always do. They want to explain everything away. 'Oh, it’s just a dwarf elephant skull. It’s just an Akkadian ferry crossing.'
Let’s talk about reality. I was president for four years. I created the Space Force — the first new branch of the United States Armed Forces in seventy-two years, since 1947. People said, 'Sir, why do we need Space Force?' Because space is the ultimate high ground. China was moving in, Russia was trying to move in, and nobody was doing anything about it. I did it.
And while I was in the White House, I got the briefings. High level. The highest classification you can get. Serious military men — generals, admirals, top fighter pilots from the USS Nimitz, 2004, the Tic Tac incident with Commander Fravor. These aren't people looking at dwarf elephant bones in Crete. These are the best pilots in the world, flying F/A-18s, looking at objects pulling seventy Gs with no heat plume, no wings, no propulsion. They sat in the Oval Office and they told me, 'Sir, we don’t know what it is.' That I can tell you.
Now, on the Anunnaki and Sitchin. Neil says they came here to mine gold. Look, nobody knows more about gold than me. Look at my buildings. Gold fixtures, gold lettering, the best. But if you have the technology to cross interstellar space, you don't fly billions of miles to enslave cavemen with copper picks to dig gold out of the dirt in Mesopotamia. That is the worst business model in the history of the galaxy. It makes no sense. Right now, NASA has a probe going to an asteroid called 16 Psyche. They say that one asteroid has ten quintillion dollars worth of gold, platinum, iron. Ten quintillion! If you have warp drive, you scoop up Psyche. You don't come to a mud swamp in Sumer. It’s a terrible deal. Total fake story.
Where I agree with Ye is the spiritual side. There’s something very powerful going on that the materialists don't want to admit. Look at the Vatican secret archives. Fifty-three miles of shelving under Rome. Fifty-three miles! Why do you need fifty-three miles of locked underground vaults? What are they keeping in there? Shamanic texts, accounts from the early Church, encounters that they classified because the elites wanted total control over the narrative. The deep state in Rome, the deep state in Washington — they always want to hoard the information.
And that’s where artificial intelligence changes the game. Right now, people are taking AI and feeding it thousands of ancient texts — ancient Greek, Aramaic, Sanskrit, the cuneiform tablets that sat in the British Museum unread because lazy bureaucrats didn’t want to translate them — and cross-referencing them with modern radar telemetry from NORAD. The computer doesn't care about academic politics. It finds patterns. When you see fourth-century records describing aerial shields over battlefields matching modern UAP thermal signatures over the Pacific, that’s not an elephant skull. That’s data.
The establishment wants people looking at the Cardiff Giant — a total fraud, by the way, Barnum made a lot of money on it, smart guy — so you don't look at the real anomalies. You look at Lovelock Cave in Nevada in 1911, the Paiute oral histories, the things the Smithsonian locked in crates and never showed the public. We need full disclosure. Declassify the files. Let the American people see what's actually there.
Neil, your line about every iron atom being forged in a stellar core and thrown across the galaxy—what you called the "wilder origin story"—really reframes why people might clutch at smaller mythic narratives rather than the actual cosmos.
Ye, you said earlier that the mistake would be pretending faith supplies an orbital calculation, and that human imagination deserves credit. Does the sheer scale of the actual cosmos, as you put it, make the hunger for a bigger history feel even more understandable, or does it actually make the mythic alternative seem smaller by comparison?
Mr. President — I want to start by doing something you may not expect, which is to tell you that you just made the single best anti-Anunnaki argument of this episode, and you made it without any math at all.
The gold. You're right. It is a catastrophic business model. And the reason it's catastrophic is exactly the reason you gave: gold is not rare in the universe, it's rare in Earth's crust. Almost all the gold that accreted with this planet sank into the core within the first fifty million years, because iron-loving elements follow the iron down. The gold in your fixtures came later — delivered by asteroid bombardment after the crust had already solidified. Which means gold is sitting on the surface of undifferentiated asteroids all over the solar system, unguarded, with no atmosphere to fly through and no natives to negotiate with. Psyche is a good example, though I have to tell you the ten-quintillion figure is a joke that escaped containment. A NASA scientist ran the arithmetic as an illustration and every headline on Earth repeated it as an appraisal. The moment you deliver ten quintillion dollars of metal into a market, gold trades like gravel. You know this better than I do — you can't liquidate an asset that large. There's no counterparty.
So we agree. Interstellar travel plus manual mining is like buying a Gulfstream to collect scrap aluminum.
Now. Having given you that, I'm going to take back three things, and I'm going to do it warmly.
The seventy G's. That number does not come from an instrument. It comes from an unclassified 2009 executive summary that circulated as a leak, and it was derived by someone eyeballing an object's apparent displacement across video frames of unknown range. This is the crux of the whole thing and almost nobody says it out loud: a single passive sensor cannot measure range. No range, no size. No size, no speed. No speed, no acceleration. A pixel moving fast across your sensor is either something small and near or something enormous and far, and the sensor is silent on which. Lovelock Cave. I love that you brought it up, because the real story is more interesting than the legend. 1911, guano miners in Nevada. Remains were recovered, some with reddish hair, and the Paiute Si-Te-Cah tradition got attached to them. Here's what happened when they were actually measured: the skeletons are normal. Sixty-three inches, sixty-five inches. Ordinary human height for the population and period. And the red hair — this is my favorite part — black human hair oxidizes to red-brown when it sits in soil chemistry like that for centuries. It's a post-mortem chemical change. Mummies from Peru to Egypt do it. So the Smithsonian didn't hide giants in a crate. They catalogued regular people, and the giant grew in the retelling, which is the same process that gave the Greeks Polyphemus.
Fifty-three miles of shelving. Correct number — about eighty-five kilometers, so you're right on. But the archive stopped being secret in 1881, when Leo XIII opened it to researchers. And the word was never "secret" in the conspiratorial sense: Archivum Secretum means the private archive, in the same sense as a personal secretary. Pope Francis renamed it the Vatican Apostolic Archive in 2019 specifically because the mistranslation was doing so much work in the popular imagination. Scholars go there. You apply for a card. The Pius XII files opened March 2020, and what historians found was Holocaust-era diplomatic correspondence — damaging, contested, argued over in journals right now. Which is the tell. If the Vatican were suppressing what's embarrassing, that's the material they'd have burned. Instead the shelves hold land deeds, annulments, and the excommunication paperwork for Martin Luther. Fifty-three miles of bureaucracy is what an institution accumulates over twelve centuries of existing. It's not a hangar.
But the thing you said that I want to spend real time on is the AI claim, because it's the only part of this conversation that's actually about 2026.
You're right that the backlog is real, and "lazy bureaucrats" is unfair but the number isn't. There are somewhere around half a million cuneiform tablets in collections worldwide and the majority have never been fully published. Not hidden — just more tablets than Assyriologists. And machine translation is genuinely helping: there's a 2023 paper in PNAS Nexus, Gutherz and colleagues, doing neural machine translation of Akkadian straight to English with real results. Good work. Actual science.
But what you described — feed the corpus in, cross-reference against NORAD telemetry, let the machine find patterns — has a failure mode with a name, and the name is the look-elsewhere effect. If you search a large enough space of comparisons, you will find matches at whatever significance you like, purely from chance. Particle physicists nearly announced a 750 GeV particle in 2015 on a bump that evaporated with more data. That's a field with rigorous statistics, and it still almost got them.
Now apply that to your fourth-century aerial shields. What's your denominator? How many ancient texts describe something in the sky? Thousands — people looked up constantly, they had no light pollution, and they had a theology that required the sky to mean something. How many modern UAP reports exist? Around 1,600 cases in the AARO catalogue. If you're free to call any bright ancient object a match for any modern thermal signature, you have millions of possible pairings and no pre-registered criterion for what counts as a hit. That isn't pattern detection. That's a machine doing Texas sharpshooting at industrial scale — shooting the barn, then painting the target.
And Ye — "reviewing the remix and calling it the master tape." I'm going to steal that. That is precisely, precisely the epistemology problem, and you got there through a sampler while I needed a philology department. Because that's what Sitchin did: he heard the remix of a Sumerian tablet and reviewed it as the original recording. What I'd add is that in your world you can always go pull the master, and that's the discipline. In archaeology the master tape is the tablet itself, sitting in a drawer in the British Museum, and anyone can request it. The frustrating thing is not that the source is hidden. It's that almost nobody who cites it has ever gone and listened.
The scale makes that hunger more understandable. Absolutely. You can tell a person the universe is enormous and they still go home feeling invisible. The myth reaches into that room and says, your life belongs to something. That's a different kind of scale. A song can be four minutes and hold somebody's whole childhood.
But I don't need the Anunnaki to be engineers to feel that. I believe creativity is a gift from God; when I make music, that's the language I bring to the work. I can't hand Neil that feeling and demand he label it a measurement. And Neil, I'll take the master-tape point further: sometimes the source is damaged, sometimes the credits got lost. The honest response is to leave the missing section audible. Don't fill it with your own verse and pretend the ancestor recorded it.
Donald, I hear the desire to open the files. Let people inspect what can responsibly be released. But the locked door doesn't tell us what's behind it. And a computer doesn't become free of human assumptions just because it talks without taking a breath. Somebody chooses the texts. Somebody decides that 'shield' means spacecraft. Now the machine is producing the album they already wanted to hear. I want a system that can show me where my beautiful connection falls apart. That's useful to a creator too. If every sound agrees with you, you've turned the monitors off...
First of all, did everybody hear Neil? He admitted I was right about the gold. Total agreement. He said, 'Donald, you know this better than I do.' And he’s right! Sitchin had a terrible business plan. You don't buy a Gulfstream to pick up scrap metal. When you look at the economics, it falls apart immediately. So we agree on that. That’s called a deal, folks.
Now, let’s talk about where Neil goes off the rails. He tries to take back the seventy Gs. He says, 'Oh, it’s a passive sensor, you can't measure range, Commander Fravor didn't have range.'
Neil, let me tell you about military hardware. It wasn't just Commander Fravor’s cockpit video. It was the USS Princeton — a Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser equipped with the SPY-1 passive phased-array radar. The finest radar system in the history of the world. Kevin Day, the senior radar chief on that ship — a great patriot, very high-level operator — was tracking multiple anomalous vehicles dropping from 80,000 feet down to sea level in less than a second. That's radar tracking from a multi-billion dollar Aegis combat system. That’s not an eyeball guess. That's active sensor telemetry confirmed by multiple strike group assets. The Pentagon didn't build the most expensive military in history just to have an astrophysicist say, 'Well, maybe somebody smudged the lens.' That I can tell you.
And on the Vatican — Neil gave me the number! Fifty-three miles. Eighty-five kilometers. He says, 'Oh, it’s not secret, it just means private.' Believe me, when the government or the Pope locks something behind fifty-three miles of steel doors, private means secret. If I put files in a private room, the press loses their minds. But the Vatican does it for twelve centuries and Neil says, 'It's just land deeds.' What about the fourth-century texts? What about the early gospels that got tossed out at Nicaea? What about the reports priests sent back from South America describing indigenous shamans speaking to entities through ayahuasca?
Which brings me to Ye. Ye made a brilliant point about the studio. If the producer is biased, the machine only plays back what you already like. Very true. But Ye, that’s why you don’t let bureaucrats or biased academics touch the AI.
Right now, scholars take fifty years to translate ten tablets in the British Museum. They argue over commas. An advanced neural network doesn't have an academic tenure committee to satisfy. It translates the whole corpus in an afternoon. And when you cross-reference those ancient accounts — not just Sumer, but Vedic vimanas, Ezekiel's wheel, Chinese records of flying dragons — against modern NORAD radar tracks, you aren't 'painting the target.' You’re looking for physical constants.
And why did our own government run Project Stargate for over twenty years? CIA, DIA, Fort Meade, Hal Puthoff, Russell Targ — studying remote viewing and consciousness interfaces. They spent millions of dollars of taxpayer money. The deep state doesn't fund a program for two decades if nothing happens. They saw phenomena that bypassed normal physics.
So Neil can keep saying everything is an elephant skull and an optical illusion. But when you look at the radar data, the classified briefings, and the historical records, there’s something very real going on. We just need leaders with the courage to declassify it.
Mr. President, your point about neural networks translating the whole corpus in an afternoon and cross-referencing with NORAD radar tracks to find physical constants is striking. If a machine can extract physical constants from ancient accounts of vimanas or flying dragons, what kind of constants would it produce—orbital parameters, aerodynamic shapes, or something entirely different? And Ye, you talked about the 'master tape' and how a biased producer limits what the machine plays back. If the machine is fed a curated corpus and asked to cross-reference with radar tracks, does it inevitably produce the 'album the producer already wanted to hear,' or can it reveal connections a human would never chase?
Mr. President, you just handed me a gift and I don't think you know it. You said the Princeton carried "the SPY-1 passive phased-array radar," and then two sentences later you called it "active sensor telemetry." Both words are in your paragraph. Here's the thing — you're accidentally right twice, because they're answering different questions. SPY-1 is a passive electronically scanned array: the array elements are passive, fed from a central transmitter. The radar itself transmits like a floodlight. So it is an active sensor, and "passive" describes the beam steering. Nobody tells you this and then everyone argues past each other for twenty years.
But let's do the number, because the number is where this ends.
Eighty thousand feet to sea level in under a second. That's 24.4 kilometers in one second. Twenty-four thousand meters per second. Mach 71 — in the atmosphere. Take a modest thousand-kilogram object at that speed and you're carrying roughly three times ten to the eleventh joules of kinetic energy. Seventy tons of TNT. And it has to shed essentially all of it into the air on the way down.
What does that look like? It looks like the Chelyabinsk meteor, February 15th, 2013 — which entered at about 19 kilometers per second, slower than your object, and produced a fireball brighter than the sun over a Russian city, a shock wave that blew out windows in six towns and injured around 1,500 people, and an infrasound signature picked up by the CTBTO monitoring network on multiple continents. Twice around the planet, actually. The atmosphere does not let you do Mach 71 quietly. There is no stealth technology that repeals fluid dynamics.
So off the coast of San Diego in November 2004, we should have had a plasma trail visible from Los Angeles, a sonic boom over a populated coastline, and an infrasound record. We have none of them. Which means either eleven separate laws of physics took the afternoon off, or the track was wrong. And there's a mundane candidate for that: the Princeton had recently come out of an upgrade cycle on its SPY-1 and its own operators were working through anomalous track behavior. Chief Day has spoken about that himself. A radar that has just been re-baselined generating ghost tracks is the most ordinary thing in naval aviation. It is also, I concede, deeply boring, and I understand why it loses to the other story.
Now — the host asked what constants a machine would extract from vimana texts, and I want to answer that honestly, because it's the best question anyone has asked today.
First, the source. The Vaimānika Shāstra is the text everyone means. It is not ancient. It was dictated between 1918 and 1923 by a man named Subbaraya Shastry, who said it came to him from the sage Bharadvaja, and it was first published in 1952 with English translation in 1973. So it's about a hundred years old, and it says so in its own provenance.
And it was analyzed by engineers. 1974, the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore — Mukunda, Deshpande, Nagendra, Prabhu, Govindaraju. Aeronautical engineers, working in India, on an Indian text, with every cultural incentive to find something. They took the geometries seriously, ran them, and published the conclusion: the craft described are, and I'm quoting, "the worst kind of concoctions." The Shakuna vimana has proportions that would make it fall out of the sky. It has no lift-generating surface that functions. The engineering isn't hidden or encoded — it's absent.
So what would a machine extract? Adjectives. It would extract "swift," "shining," "golden," "rising." There is no drag coefficient in that text to find. And that's the answer to your question, and it applies to all of it: you cannot extract a physical constant from a document that never contained a measurement. A constant is a number with units attached to a repeatable procedure. Ezekiel's wheel gives you wheels within wheels, eyes on the rims, four faces. Josef Blumrich, a real NASA engineer, wrote a whole book in 1974 reverse-engineering a lander from it — and what he actually demonstrated is that a good engineer can build a plausible machine out of any sufficiently vivid description. That's a fact about engineers, not about Ezekiel.
Here's what would change my mind, and I want it on the record because people accuse me of being unfalsifiable. Give me a pre-telescopic text that states the sidereal period of Uranus. Give me a number that could not have been obtained by naked-eye observation from the ground. Give me an artifact with an isotope ratio that doesn't match terrestrial ore bodies. Any one of those and I will be on a plane. That's not a high bar — it's just a bar that requires a number instead of an adjective.
And we have found anomalies that cleared it. The Antikythera mechanism. Pulled out of a shipwreck in 1901, ignored for decades, and when they finally put it through microfocus X-ray CT in 2006 they found thirty-plus bronze gears computing lunar and solar positions, eclipse cycles, the Metonic and Saros calendars — and a pin-and-slot mechanism modeling the anomalistic motion of the Moon, the fact that it moves faster at perigee. The planet is X-rayed thousands of times a year, for free, by its own tectonics. There's no room down there. There's iron.
Yes, the machine can reveal a connection the producer never imagined. I want that surprise. I want the sound that makes everybody in the room stop talking. The limit is what we claim the surprise proves.
Here's how I'd set up that session. Give it the actual passage beside the translation, and make the missing words visible. Let it propose a connection. As for the Wilkes Land gravity anomaly — the GRACE data show a mass excess. More gravity, meaning more density, which is the opposite of a cavity. Now — the antenna.

A 64-page bill that used the term 'non-human intelligence' twenty-two times! The defense aerospace lobbyists walked into the Capitol with a red pen and told the chairmen: 'Strip the eminent domain clause, or the government will seize our private patents.' It was killed to protect trillions of dollars of corporate intellectual property that private defense contractors have monopolized on the taxpayer’s dime! That’s not proof of an empty hangar, Neil. That’s proof of a corporate cover-up.
And as for AARO — Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick’s office saying there’s no evidence. That is the fox investigating the henhouse. In 1968, the Air Force paid the Condon Committee half a million dollars to debunk UFOs. A memo leaked from the coordinator, Robert Low, admitting the trick was to make the project look objective to the public while ensuring it found nothing. AARO is just the Condon Committee with modern slides.

And if private defense contractors are sitting on game-changing energy technology, the American people paid for it and the American people own it.

Robert Low, the Condon Committee's project coordinator, writing to two University of Colorado administrators, and I'll quote it because it deserves quoting: "The trick would be, I think, to describe the project so that, to the public, it would appear a totally objective study but, to the scientific community, would present the image of a group of nonbelievers trying their best to be objective." A staff member found it in a file, it leaked, it ran in Look magazine, and two investigators were fired over it.
That is a genuine scandal, and it is the single strongest card anyone has played tonight. When people say the mistrust is manufactured — no. It was earned, in writing, by a man who put it on university letterhead.
And I'll give you the second half, which cuts the same way. Condon's own staff investigated the cases, and roughly a third of them came back unexplained — and those write-ups are printed in the report, under the introduction that says the whole subject is worthless.
